Commercial Litigation Paralegal
We are looking for a Certified Paralegal with 3-7 years of sophisticated personal injury civil litigation & trial experience (Florida registered paralegal preferred). Must be proficient in all aspects of the litigation process, including, but not limited to:
Details:
• Preparing records, assembling exhibits, pleadings, summarizing transcripts, discovery, and trial preparation required
• Experience drafting and responding to standard discovery demands (interrogatories, requests to produce documents, etc.)
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
• Superior client experience skills
• Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing
• Must be able to multitask and successfully manage a variety of demands daily
• Must be able to prioritize multiple cases within a fast-paced work environment.
• You must be able to working independently
• You must be organized
The Paralegal responsibilities will include compiling, analyzing and summarizing data, assembling chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents; Review, analyze, and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants; Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses; Manage documents and organize case files.
The position of Paralegal is a full-time position with competitive benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
