LabCorp is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a great opportunity to show your polished administrative skills while working with a renowned company! This position will work with the executive leadership team and provide ongoing project support. You will also support multiple departments with various administrative tasks.


Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am -- 4:00 pm, overtime may be required


Location: 13112 Evening Creek Dr. South San Diego, CA


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all administrative duties as assigned Manage multiple requests with the ability to prioritize and exercise sound judgement
  • Utilize and work in multiple databases for research Coordinate and prepare for divisional meetings/ special events, including Power Point presentations, as well as food and beverage
  • Assist in managing Leaderships' calendars for travel arrangements and/or any changes
  • Respond to all inquiries via fax, email, or phone in a timely manner
  • Responsible for purchasing and keeping all office supplies stocked

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • +2 years of experiences on previous experience in administrative duties and customer service role required
  • Experience working in a contact center/call center environment and/or healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable


Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour.
