Lancaster Foods Jessup, MD (On Site) Full-Time
Position Title: Production Crew Member
Department: Production
Type: Full-time

Position Objective: This position is responsible for carefully cutting, packing or repacking items to the
highest standard.

This position is also responsible for:
• Grade product quality based off of standards set for each client
• Adhere to all rules of safety and regulatory compliance as applicable to the value stream
• Other duties as assigned

This position is also expected to:
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends

Job requirements – Ability to:
• Read and comprehend documents in English
• Must be able to work around cleaning chemicals - for example chlorine and sanitizer. Must be
able to work in an environment with ammonia
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, stand, balance, push, pull, lift and reach on a regular basis
• Move and grasp items with both hands; hear and see well
• Work in a cold environment with temperatures which range from 35 to 38 degrees
• Wear steel/composite/aluminum toe, slip resistant safety shoes/boots

Must be:
• 18 years of age
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Ability to successfully pass drug test
• Able to work 5-6 days a week
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work 8+ hours per day
• No allergies to Chlorine
