OUR CLIENT is continuing to expand our nationwidefoot printof design showrooms and further grow our fleet of Measure + Install (M+I) Professionals. We are seeking a Measure + Installation Assistant who is enthusiastic about customer experience to work alongside the Regions Measure + Install team providing exceptionalin homeservice and results at every in-home appointment. You will partner closely with the Regions Installers to learnin depthknowledge of our customer experience operations and Measurement + Installation process for our custom product line to ensure delivery of aworld classend to end experience for our customers.


Reports directly to Regional Field Director East/West Coast, assisting with measure and installation of drapery, wooden blinds, roman shade, complex motorization projects and more
Assist with protecting the work site using drop cloths and furniture moving pads.
Assist withcleanupofJobsite and perform required tasks including footing ladders ontallinstallations
Build knowledge over time on the product lines we offer to ensure a smooth and seamless measure and install
Become skilled at using measure & install techniques and software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency of every appointment
Communicate and partner regularly with Measure & Install support teams while in the field
Leave a lasting impression with our customers by demonstrating how to use the product before leaving the job site
Provide exemplary customer service to the customer and its retailer affiliates
Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the installation of window treatments
Dress in a provided uniform and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Use the proper screws and/ or wall anchors to ensure the product is mounted securely and safe
Assist with dressing all installed products to enhance the look of the product.
Report any product related issues immediately fromjobsite to allow for the proper solution
May perform feedback function to gather critical information from customers with relationship to our client

High School degree
Experience with high end installation, finish work or a strong interest in it preferred
Customer service or in-home service experience
Enthusiastic, energetic and all around great with customers
Strong communication skills
Self-starter, quick learner, team player
You are punctual, reliable with a great work ethic
Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders
Valid Driver's license + Insurable
