Travel Retail Specialist Hounslow UK
Salary: 10-11.20 per hour
Shifts Times and Availability
Shift coverage from 05:00-22:00, shifts are a minimum of 6 hours with various start and finish times. The retail specialist vacancy offers flexible working; however, some weekend availability is required. We have hours to accommodate both full and part-time availability but are looking for staff who can be available a minimum of 3 shifts a week.

Skills & Experience
- Retail or Experiential work experience
- Confidence dealing with the public in a customer-facing capacity
- Good Communication skills, good spoken and written English (reporting is required)
- Additional languages welcomed but not a necessity
- Reliable and conscientious, with good timekeeping
- Brand experience in any of the following fields: Beauty, Fragrance, Liquor, Confectionary, Accessories (e.g., sunglasses, jewellery, handbags)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent & Proactive Customer Service
- Driving sales and customer conversion
- Brand awareness engaging Customers in the story of the product (training provided)
- Sampling delivery
Salary: 11-12.50 per hour
Shifts Times and Availability
Shifts are a minimum of 6 hours with various start and finish times based on the Airport operating hours (5am-10:30pm). We have hours to accommodate a variety of lifestyles but are looking for staff who can work a minimum of 4 shifts per week. MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 5AM IF NEEDED.

The Opportunity
A Make-up Artist will work with a luxurious Make-up & Fragrance Brand. The role is store-based and your ‘home’ store will be in London Heathrow Terminal 5.
What you´ll get to do
You will be responsible for engaging with and introducing new clients to our brands and developing the business with our existing clients, actively seeking new sales opportunities. To be successful in this role you will have an agile mindset, delivering a unique customer experience every time, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
You must have a passion for make-up and fragrances and have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. You must be confident in educating customers on the latest make-up products, trends whilst promoting brand awareness.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience delivering Pro Make-up artistry
- Agile and fully flexible to support the business needs and operations at weekends, evenings and during peak trading times
- Prior retail sales experience within Make-up, fragrance and Beauty is essential
- Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Wants to know what is happening in the industry and keeps up to date with the latest news and trends
