Compensation: $90000.00 to $120000.00 yearly

We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Manager to come aboard a high performing team. This HR Manager will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. If you are a motivated and organized HR professional that enjoys a fast-paced work environment with multi-faceted responsibilities, this may be the role for you.


How you will make an impact


- Apply HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration


- Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances


- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters


- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience


- Build a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections


- Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations


- Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities


- Examine employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly


- Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records


- Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills


- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company


- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus


- 1+ years of human resources experience


- Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion


- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills


- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required


- Skilled at time management


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
