Corporate Senior Financial Analyst

Derived Salary: $90K - $120K/Year

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Senior Financial Analyst supports long-term strategic planning for the organization, which includes leading the company’s capital planning process, modeling business development opportunities, and performing commercial analysis.

The position will interact significantly with the company’s executive leadership. Must be able to fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to the company’s management team. Individual must be flexible, proactive, and able to work with ambiguity. Commitment to the time requirements of this position, which may demand extended hours, is essential.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s capital planning process
  • Perform commercial analysis
  • Assist with board of director meeting prep
  • Support the CFO’s quarterly lender calls

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA with 4 – 5 years related experience
  • Thorough computer-based analytical skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and financial statement relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a financial analyst role
  • Experience in financial modeling
  • Experience in basic valuation tools

Educational & Work Requirements:

  • Degree: Masters of Business Administration
  • Work Experience: 4 – 5 years of progressive accounting, finance, consulting, or FP&A experience
