We are hiring Customer Service Reps NOW for a call center in Athens ? are you a confident individual looking for an exciting career opportunity? Position Features: • Eligible for a $500 BONUS after 120 days (must be good on attendance) • Normal Business Hours, schedule between 8AM-6:30PM • NO WEEKENDS! NO SALES! • Fast Paced Work Environment • Pay: $11.54/hr or $12.02/hr if Bilingual (and another PAY INCREASE after going permanent). If you have experience working as a Customer Service Professional or in a call center and are a self-motivated, multi-tasker who thinks providing excellent customer service is critical in all aspects of business then this is the position for you! Duties may include: •Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries. •Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information. •Ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues. •Attention to detail and follows all required scripts and disclosures verbatim and carefully and quickly records all relevant data necessary. •Maintain a consistent attendance record and positive, courteous and professional attitude. Requirements/Qualifications: •At least 1 year of recent customer service experience •Previous call center experience preferred •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Pay: $11.54/hr or $12.02/hr if Bilingual (and another PAY INCREASE after going permanent).
