Provides diversified administrative and clerical duties for the Warranty/Field Services Department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides administrative and clerical support to assigned department.
Maintains flexible hours to accomplish duties and support the department.
Performs general office duties including filing, preparing FedEx packages, typing, and copying.
Maintains neat and well-organized files for the assigned area.
Assist Field Services Office Administrator in preparing subcontracts and purchase orders.
Assist Field Services Office Administrator in preparing, filing and tracking contractor license and business license applications, to include communicating with various government agencies.
Update warranty dates in Access.
Interacts with all departments at Jetway Systems, as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Two to five years related experience in an office environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write business correspondence and communicate clearly. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and other JBT personnel.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
COMPUTER SKILLS: This position requires the following computer skills: MicroSoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access. Syteline experience a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to prioritize daily workloads to meet deadlines.
Must have the ability to plan and control work, identify task requirements and monitor progress towards accomplishment.
Must have the ability to maintain interpersonal relationships that facilitate task accomplishment, to cooperate and resolve conflicts, to recognize needs and be sensitive of others.
