We have an opening for an experienced Physical Therapist to assume the role of Rehab Clinical Supervisor. The Rehab Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and coordinating services within the Rehab department while maintaining a direct patient care caseload; assumes responsibility for enforcing clinical standards of practice, departmental policies and procedures, and maintaining and improving the quality of patient care delivered; assures staff and program compliance with established standards, practices, policies/procedures and regulatory requirements; responsible for overall standards of patient care, assist with human resource management, patient/customer satisfaction; responsible for directing age specific rehabilitative practices that address the biological, developmental, psychosocial and clinical needs of the patient and/or family.
The Rehab Clinical Supervisor creates an environment which enables the system to fulfill its mission and goals, fosters communication and collaborative practice with physicians and other departments.
Required Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy preferred, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology school.
Required Minimum Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic clinic with verifiable ability to carry full industry standard caseload, ability to meet all clinic metrics, and to get good clinical results.
Required Minimum Certifications: Current license (Physical Therapist preferred, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Therapist) in the State of Georgia. If clinic location only offers PT services, then the candidate must be a PT.
