Their corporate offices located in GTA (greater Toronto area), Ontario Canada. For this position however they want the person to be based in the Western United States. They candidate will be responsible for handling sales in CA, OR, WA, and NV. PLEASE NOTE: During Covid times, this will be a remote selling position.
Job Objective: Responsible for increasing B2B sales by telemarketing, cold calling. Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new customers by researching organizations and individuals, cold calling, responding to customer inquiries, provide customer with product and service information, identify and escalate priority issues and preparing quotations
Follow up on job quotes to complete sales and manage client accounts
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face meetings, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking, etc.
Keep records/database of sales report, etc.
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale by answering telephone, fax and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information
Achieve sales quotas
Assists in the implementation of the company marketing plans as needed, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Executes the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Other duties as required Job Specifications:
Proven ability to meet sales expectations
MUST have experience in B2B product sales
Previous sales experience in Vibration Control products in the HVAC industry
Some technical knowledge of HVAC industry is an asset
HVAC industry sales
2-5 years sales experience in product sales
Computer skills, knowledge and experience with MS office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Teamwork, customer oriented and problem solving skills
Commission 2-10% paid quarterly no cap
2 weeks vacation
