Pay Range - $15.00 - $16.50

Hours - Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Pharmacy Technician Job Summary:

Medix is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work for a Fortune 10 Pharmacy Benefit Management company. The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for working with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes.

• Pharmacy Technician will be working with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes
• Pharmacy Technician will handle product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room
• Pharmacy Technician needs to handle all the documentation of IV admixture and clean room suite sterility testing will complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Pharmacy Technician will handle all the inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports
• Pharmacy Technician will participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of FL

• Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations

• At least 1 year experience compounding IV admixtures as a pharmacy technician

• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization

• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must
