Kelly Services is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative supporting a Technical Services department for a premier, leading manufacturing company at their U.S. Headquarter facility located in Farmington, CT! Duration: Contract, up to 1 year Pay Rate: $17-18/hour Hours: -Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM -Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM Summary: The Customer Service Representative-Technical Service (CSR-TS) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls in a technical assistance call center. The CSR-TS will also process orders and quote requests from technical service to be provided to the end customer. Job Duties: 1. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with internal and external customers 2. Handle a high volume of incoming calls 3. Enter data from calls into Service Information System (SIS) 4. Answer service engineer-s calls, respond to customer calls and inquiries 5. Process quotes and orders into SAP system upon request by the technical service team in an accurate, prompt and professional manner 6. Attach confirmations and completed quotes in SIS 7. Expedite orders as needed making sure to include all necessary documentation 8. Utilize the Machine Monitoring system and contact customers accordingly when errors arise. 9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings
Experience The candidate must have experience with accurate data entry and be detail oriented. One to two years- experience in an administrative environment acceptable. Excellent interpersonal communication and clerical skills necessary. Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and SIS required. Customer service experience a plus. Education Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. College degree or equivalent education preferred.
