Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Local company, with a long-standing partnership with Hardin County, is hiring for Customer Service Representatives for their busy call-center.  Due to business growth, this company is hiring now!

Duties include:

         Research questions using available information resources in their call-center

         Advise user on appropriate action

         Redirect problems to correct resource

         Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

         Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

         Inform management of recurring problems

         Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Required Skills:

         Customer Service experience in a call-center is preferred

         Basic computer skills, including data entry skills

         Phone etiquette

         Prescreen testing required

         Must be 18

Benefits:

         $11/hr to start

         Weekly pay
