Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success in roles assisting large employers with improving the performance of their HR organization. This includes improving the delivery of HR services, implementing HR technologies, aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices, and processes, transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital, and supporting the business units.
Demonstrates proven success and thorough abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
Managing and implementing the Workday Absence Management module for large organizations, aligning absence management and time tracking strategies with people, and streamlining and standardizing absence management and time tracking policies, practices, and processes;
Utilizing system application implementations, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following HR technological product suites - Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP;
Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to effectively capture clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality; and,
Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
