This person should be solid with quantitative analysis & have the ability to draw business insights which will add value to the company. Be comfortable working with different departments - Developers, Designers, Business Performance Managers & Marketing.
? Analyze website performance, identify trends, & provide recommendations in order to increase quali?ed tra?c and promote near term strategic goals using data from Google Analytics.
? Analyze the companies metrics across ICM, Player Support, Engineering, UI/UX & identify opportunities to improve performance & player experience.
? Assist in player journey mapping the experience on the portal & the experience for player support.
? Work across functional areas & use data to identify new capabilities in order to improve the customer experience.
? Monitor implementation of & make recommendations on tracking events that could improve current ops.
? Assist in the design, launch & maintenance analytics dashboard with clear, easy to understand reporting. This is to provide better business insights into our internal operations & customer experience.
? Communicate results in a clear/concise manner and have an understanding of data visualization as well as the importance of drawing accurate conclusions from multiple data sources.
? 2-3+ years of relevant experience in data & analytics.
? Experience using Google Analytics & BigQuery.
? Strong ability to identify problems with the ability to creatively troubleshoot and solve issues.
? Detail orientated with a heavy focus on quality all while being player centric.
? A driven and highly motivated individual who requires little hand holding.
? Experience with loyalty and/or rewards programs.
? Experience in a gaming, media or consumer web / mobile services company.
? SQL for deeper analytical purposes.
? Skilled with standard reporting tools – QlikView, Tableau, Looker. Additionally – Shinny and/or Streamlit experience.
? Google Analytics certification is preferred.
