SNI Companies is seeking an Account Manager for an insurance agency in the Downtown Orlando area. This is a permanent opportunity that supports the Account Executive.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
- Daily account management including coverage and policy questions while providing excellent customer service
- Communication with clients, the production team, the service team, and insurance representatives.
- Set up policy lines and commissions
- Process, renew, and generate invoices on all agency bill policies
- Handle billing and audit issues
- Claim reporting, review loss history, loss control and follow up
- Prepare and mail monthly non-renewal notices
- Update and maintain payroll templates
Requirements:
- 2-20 license
- 3-5 years of industry related experience
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
