As a Business Analyst - Associate eCOA Licensing and Translations Manager you will have the opportunity to develop new translations and enhance licensing to make the product accessible for clinicians in new geographical regions. This will require partnering with internal teams to ensure those processes are effectively documented and executed, while seeking to better understand the needs of our clients. These responsibilities will require someone to have exceptional organization and problem solving skills with some knowledge of clinical trial processes.
+ Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements
+ Elicit, document and analyze data to understand project goals and customer requirements for delivery
+ Participate in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
+ Create workflows for program delivery
+ Analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
+ Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
+ Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req
+ One (1) years experience in business systems analysis or project management/project coordination Req
+ Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
+ Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
+ Knowledge of clinical trial processes and systems
