Scott Humphrey Corporation Dallas, TX (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $110K - $140K/Year

General Contractor seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to lead Industrial Tilt Wall and Warehouse construction projects.


ROLE

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for tilt wall projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety regulations
  • Maintain project schedules and keep the work on track
  • Resolve issues that arise and keep the project moving


EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial tilt wall projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record managing teams, timelines, and budgets
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred


BASE PAY: $100,000-$180,000+

  • Per Diem/Vehicle or Allowance
  • Travel Housing Paid For
  • Insurance (Medical/Vision/Dental)
  • Bonus
  • PTO
