Tier One Help Desk
Working in the Help Desk, you would be taking inbound calls regarding standardized testing. It does require excellent computer skills along with customer service experience.
This position is 1st shift Monday-Friday and pays $13-$14/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Answers phones and email to respond to customer requests
•Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using the call tracking system
•Follows-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
•Manages open calls to ensure prompt resolve
•Recognizes, documents and alerts manager of trends in inquiries
•Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further instruction and / or resolve
•Other duties as assigned
