Interim HealthCare is seeking a solution-focused leader who will be responsible for driving franchisee sales growth and supporting franchisee business operations within Midwest region (MN, WI, MI, KS, MO) The ideal candidate will be charged with:
creating and setting goals for franchisees
working with franchise owners and their teams to consistently grow all business lines and increase profitability
tracking of regional sales results
assisting with annual budget preparation
focusing on operational and clinical performance outcomes and satisfaction metrics
ensuring franchise owners receive support in a timely manner

Candidates must have:
Recent franchise experience
Current RN license strongly preferred
Strong operational and P&L experience specifically in the home health/healthcare/home health space
Multi state/multi branch experience preferred
Proven track record in dynamic unit growth in a franchise sales/support environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, determine root cause and implement solutions
