Classroom Community Manager
As the Classroom Education Community Manager, you are responsible for helping us reach students, educators and administrators through partnerships and community development. You evangelize tools through our product communities and forums. You champion the innovative power of our products to make teaching and learning more productive, collaborative and inspirational. You serve as a liaison between the product teams and educators to help create a vibrant EDU ecosystem. And you help teachers, administrators, and students find support materials, get their questions answered and share best practices.

Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor support channels, social channels and communities to ensure our users receive high-quality and timely responses to their questions and feedback
* Recruit, onboard and manage relationship with product experts on community forums to provide support to the wider EDU community
* Become an expert on community engagement best practices to help drive strategy and growth
* Help organize education pilot programs and ensure high-touch point experience for both internal and external stakeholders
* Collect and analyze user feedback and identify trends and insights into users needs. Share feedback with the product team and relevant stakeholders
* Work directly with administrators and educators to enhance their experience with Classroom and G Suite
* Identify and share user success stories with sales, marketing, and product teams
* Coordinate the creation and ongoing maintenance of support materials including: articles on Help Centers, FAQs, Training Materials, Canned Responses, and Pitch decks
* Organize and manage student visits for the team
* Manage communication and outreach to users on behalf of the product team

Requirements
* BA or BS degree with 2 - 3 years experience
* A proven ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently and thrive in a fast paced environment
* Very strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
* Commitment to excellent customer service
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets abilities (e.g. data input, filtering, sorting) and familiarity with Google Drive
* Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
* Project management experience

* Tech savvy
* Experience in and a passion for the education/technology sector
* Experience managing communities
* Presentation skills
