Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
Core hours: 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for the group, including working to ensure appropriate accesses, email groups, establishing and updating office rosters and organizational charts. Serve as Time and Attendance administrator for the group and utilize a working knowledge of leave regulations and payroll policies. Manage office supplies and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and arranging maintenance as needed. Check incoming analysts into Group email alias, share drive, databases and other accesses via Sponsor Access requests. Prepare travel requests, draft, coordinate and track TOY communications as required to assist group level managers. Prepare request for concurrence communications, reading, assigning and generating communication responses for the group front office and for other groups as necessary. Scheduling and attending meetings, generating action items and initiating follow up from the meetings, managing group level schedules, organization charts and phone lists, and planning and organizing office-wide events. Manage conference rooms and find conference rooms for meetings. Manage one group level calendar with shared access. Prepare read ahead materials for substantive and personnel discussions -- most often printing off documents and creating read binders. The AA should attend and take notes for meetings as required.Education
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.Qualifications
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
