Responsibilities:

•Control Key Supplier replenishment strategies and execution
•Responsible for Key Supplier inventory turns achievement to support Global Site AOP’s
•Manage supplier communication and releases
•Coordinate NA layered capacity cost optimization
•Design and implement the virtual Hub & Spoke Warehouse model
•Direct deployment of Pull systems at CVS sites
•Lead WW Site Inventory Red Zone monthly meetings
•Identification of inventory projects thru evaluation, implementation, and execution
•Manage central inventory initiative database for projects
•MTOR Inventory Balance Sheet Analysis
•MTOR Worldwide Inventory Write Off & Accrual Process
•MTOR Inventory Investment (Banks) Review & Authorization
•MTOR Cycle Count Process & Performance Review
•MTOR E & O Analysis, Audit & Recommendation for Controls Committee
•MTOR Q Challenge Weekly Inventory Process
•IQR Administration & Control of Inventory System (Productive & MRO where applicable)
•Inventory interface with MFG-ProAS400 as needed for IQR
•MTOR Training for IQR; interface training for new Qlik Tool Box
•MTOR Annual Physical Inventory Performance
•MTOR Sharepoint Site – Red Zone, Q Challenge, Other Reporting Processes
•MTOR AOP Planning Process, Audit, Challenge & coordination with Sites, Finance
•MTOR Global Inventory Review
•MTOR Information Systems Functional Owner & Approver of Controls
•MTOR SafePass Control Leader - Inventory
•MTOR Supplier Actions – Axle Shaft, MTOR Internal
•MTOR Customer Orderboard & EDI Management, Training & Development
•Development of Inventory Improvement Analysis Tools

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

•5 - 10 years in operation, procurement, and/or Information Technology
•Strong problem assessment and problem solving skills
•Experience with Manufacturing software (particularly Oracle, CAS, MfgPro)
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Material Management, Finance or related field
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Able to work independently
•Good team player with the ability to work with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

•Familiarity with the Manufacturing industry
•Advanced degree in related field (MBA, etc.)
