Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies is recruiting for an Associate Director, Global Business Insights (GBI) Change Leadership, with a preferred location of Somerville, NJ. The following other

  • Manage and facilitate change management efforts within the Global Business Insights (GBI) Center of Excellence (COE) team, in support of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies.

  • Serve as a representative on the GBI Leadership Team and will serve as a key partner to cross functional teams.

  • Work with GBI leaders and key regional and platform leaders to help continue to gain momentum on the insights and analytics capability.

  • Proactively train, lead and manage independent projects, working very closely with Vice President.

  • Manage, prioritize, and execute key change leadership and strategic initiatives and activities.

  • Requires a high degree of business acumen and understanding.



  • Create, influence and execute change management, high-impact tactical and strategic projects. This includes COE and associated insights and analytics capability build, and business acumen programs.

  • Support Leadership Team in

  • Understanding

    key COE and business needs

  • Flawless execution of all program development and management, working closely with

    Vice President

  • Proactively identifying areas of further team change management, and working on other

    special projects as required

  • Developing, implementing, training and dissemination of new processes to support GBI

    future state

  • Partner with the GBI Leadership Team to create and maintain best-in-class insights

    and analytical practices

  • Demonstrate an ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure a high-level of influence and results for key GBI



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. (Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred). MBA or MS is preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in secondary market research, forecasting, strategic insights, market research, business analytics, strategic forecasting, finance or a related field is required.

  • Experience in the medical device, hospital specialty, or healthcare field is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of and experience with secondary marketresearch, primary market research, and/or forecasting is required. Some knowledge of competitive intelligence data is preferred.

  • Experience in both Commercial and New Product Development/Innovation is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills in a deadline-oriented environment are required.

  • Experience with analytical tools (Qlik Sense or Tableau) or Project Management (Microsoft Project) is preferred.

  • Domestic and international travel (approximately 20-30%) may be required. Weekend travel and work, participation in calls with regions requiring early morning/late hours, is required.
