Showroom Sales Associate

We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for cars, the Automotive Parts Industry, and/or Automotive Restorations. Enjoy talking to customers who have the same passion. Our Showroom Representatives are responsible for assisting customers with their automotive needs through completing sales and customer pickup. This position may also rotate into performing a variety of Call Center responsibilities.


  1. Promotes Eckler's brand to existing and prospective customers by providing an engaging sales experience; Ability to up-sell/cross-sell
  2. Provides advanced knowledge to assist customers in selection and purchase of products that meet their specified requirements. Respond to inquiries regarding customer order status, product installation, and returns.
  3. Maintain and work various Showroom reports
  4. Manage cash operations day to day
  5. Responsible to open and close the Showroom
  6. Assist with other duties as assigned such as but not limited to answering calls and emails, ability to work in the warehouse, and any other function as needed.
  7. Working Saturday shifts.

Teamwork – Meets all team deadlines and responsibilities, listens to others and values opinions, helps team leader to meet goals, welcomes newcomers and promotes a team atmosphere

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous parts counter experience desired.
  3. Previous cash and credit handling experience desired.
  4. Ability to operate a computer and associated programs including the Internet.
  5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  6. Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word
  7. Impeccable attention to detail ? Ability to work well with a team
  8. Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
  9. Familiarity with AS/400 system a plus

Ability to lift, push, move, reach and/or carry products for customers, typically lifting requirements will be less than 25 lbs. but my at times exceed that weight.
