- 10am to 6pm
- 11am to 7pm
- 12pm to 8pm
- Pay Rate: $13-$14/hr
- Contract to hire
- 100% paid benefits once hired permanent
- Overtime available
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Answering inbound calls
- Assisting customers with inquiries about services
- Verifying and updating customer information
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High volume call center experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
