Insurance Claims Inventory Specialist
**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : To complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
+ Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day's field activity.
+ Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.
+ Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
+ Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
+ Able to fund and expense travel via company expense account.
+ Has adequate transportation and current drivers license.
+ Posses a cell phone and is able to use apps.
**Education & Licensing**
High school diploma or GED required.
One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
**Skills & Knowledge**
+ Oral and written communication skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Good comprehensive decision making skills
+ Ability to read and comprehend policy language
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
