 TradeRev is looking for an AP/AR Coordinator to join our ever-growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

Collections

  • Accountable for reducing aging receivables

  • Contact customers with past due invoices

  • Manage account suspensions

  • Work with Sales to resolve collection or payment issues

  • Report accounts to send to formal collections or to be written off

  • Track and maintain all activity in customer CRM

  • Assist customers with making payments

Payments

  • Apply payments received

  • Assist with reporting on payments collected

  • Scan all checks received and maintain deposit tracking sheet

  • Track overpayment activity

Billing/Invoicing

  • Prepare and maintain customer invoicing and settlement reports

  • Maintain record of invoicing activity in Customer CRM

  • Process credit, refund and charge requests as needed

  • Answer questions regarding invoicing, receivables and payments

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required with 2-5 years experience in an accounts receivable/accounts payable role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment

  • Comfortable with a team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

  • Experience with SalesForce
