RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Level Accounting Consultant in Phoenix, AZ. Overview: We have a couple clients that are looking for senior level accounting consultants to assist with various projects. One client has gone through multiple acquisitions and has various purchase accounting issues to be addressed. Both clients have gone through recent accounting system implementations that have been messy and could use assistance with post-implementation issues including chart of accounts, buildout and standardization of balance sheet account reconciliations, rebuilding and uploading all fixed assets properly into the fixed asset module, etc. There are a myriad of projects one could add a great deal of value with. Both clients are fast-growing, pre-IPO clients with huge upside in their business. If you are a credible, proven strong accounting resource, we would love to network and partner with you!REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA required
- Previous public accounting experience a must
- Strong industry experience in an Accounting Manager or Director/Controllership role
- Previous system implementation experience is helpful
- Good communication skills and initiative to drive project work
- Reliable, resilient, proven resource
