As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:
Serve as the primary source for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads via Internet, media, directories, referrals and other resource material.
Be responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking prospective clients, generating leads and qualifying high-quality business opportunities for the Commercial Development team via outbound phone calls, emails, campaign letters and other resources.
Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to specific service offering(s) and communicate appropriately to departmental and organizational leaders.
Work with Commercial Development, Marketing and other teams as appropriate to create process to follow-up and qualify all print and direct campaigns.

You will need:
A College Degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, inside sales or customer service
To have an enthusiastic and professional phone manner along with a positive attitude when working with potential clients
Solid organizational, problem analysis and follow-up skills
Strong Internet research & PC skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
The ability to persuade/influence others and a passion for persistence
High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented team player
