Document/Office Assistant in Hartford, CT! Kelly Services is currently seeking a Document/Office Assistant for one of our top insurance clients in Hartford, CT. As a Document/Office Assistant placed with Kelly Services, our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level. Pay Rate:  $19.50 per hour Hours:  1st Shift Monday-Friday Duration:  5+ months TEMP-HIRE based on attendance/performance Responsibilities:

  • Printing and mailing letters daily
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Reviewing and assigning cases through our email system
  • Tracking call center cases pending the team’s response and notifying team of cases on a daily basis
  • Assistance with data entry testing for transition to Workday
  • Simple leave management
  • Peoplesoft entry

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  Degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.  Workday, PeopleSoft and/or HR/Payroll system processing experience a plus
  • Organized, ability to multi-task, team player
