Summary:Under the direction of nursing leadership, this person will work as part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of staff. They are responsible for patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care.
