Express Employment Professionals is looking for a qualified Call Center Manager for our rapidly growing client in Bingham Farms, MI!

This is a full time, Monday thru Friday remote work environment while shelter in place guidelines are in effect.

Call Center Manager Duties:                                                                                                                     

• Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representative as they provide support for customers
• Monitor and oversee all employees during scheduled shifts
• Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed
• Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction 
• Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations. 

Call Center Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of management experience in call center environment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees. 
• Experience in financial settings, such as student loan offices, commercial banks, or mortgage/insurance companies 
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolutions skills
