Job Description

The Lucas Group has partnered with our client on the North side of Houston that is seeking a Sr. HR Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing travel arrangements for executives.
  • Managing expense reports
  • Answer phones and manage calendars for executives
  • Helping prepare for meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Immigration – tracking employee immigration status on excel and attending weekly immigration meetings with company attorney. 
  • Recruiting support – scheduling interviews and processing new hires.
  • Event planning
  • Running reports
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years supporting C-level or VP 
  • 2+ years supporting HR department or holding HR duties
  • Professional, poised, able to interact with the highest levels in management confidently
  • Pristine written skills (grammar, proofing, etc)
  • Strong Excel skills (V lookup, pivot tables)
  • Must have HR immigration experience
