The Judge Group is seeking a degreed Human Resources Manager for a food manufacturer located in Utah. The candidate will assist to implement and manage human resource policies, services and programs to ensure they are aligned with the objectives and goals. He or she will be responsible for the HR functions and related activities at this 500+ person manufacturing site.
Utilize acquired experience to review business units with regard to human capital
Ensure compliance with and maintain thorough working knowledge in all areas of the company
Assist management with oversight of the Payroll Department
Discover, discuss & address staffing issues with other members of the management team
Offer advice and prepare new hire, merit, promotional, and termination paperwork
Manage all aspects of recruiting in cooperation with corporate support, & other human resource staff
Maintain and develop recruiting relationships, make offers, participate in on-boarding activities
Assist in efforts to update and maintain initiatives in support of business strategy
Consult with and advise Group leadership to ensure compliance with procedures, organizational policies, and legal regulations
Provide recommendations in talent acquisition and management, performance and career management, work force planning and change management
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is required. MS in HR related concentration preferred.
Proven track record of results achievement, demonstrated leadership skills, and superior technical and interpersonal skills
High headcount manufacturing experience is required***
PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
Organizational Development & Labor Relations experience desired
