Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Product Manager
 

Job Summary/Description:

Product Managers create and evolve game changing, industry leading products and platforms. In this role you will own the success of the entire lifecycle (vision, strategy, definition, planning, delivery and support) for the multiple work streams in your product or platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering exceptionally well-designed products and services that achieve business goals based on well-defined business cases and metrics.

Our ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who can communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders across business and technology. The innovative and mission critical roadmap of Digital Rep Solutions requires Product Managers to balance modern agile and design thinking with strong customer and operational focus. Your track record will show that you know how to achieve this balance.

What you will do:

•     Design and execute stakeholder engagement models and research approaches to identify essential client, technology and business needs.

•     Combine deep empathy for clients, stakeholders and customers with proven methodologies to move beyond pain points to identifying critical insights that reveal critical customer needs.

•     Support in the creation a compelling vision backed by thoughtful value propositions and solid business cases.

•     Define success through customer, business, quality and technology KPIs and Metrics.

•     Develop and communicate strategic goals, roadmaps and priorities that connect your vision to resource and technology constraints, reflect stakeholder realities, and effectively manage tradeoffs.

•     Partner with business partners to understand deployment windows and assist with creation and review of training materials. Support the facilitation and training of applications/capabilities.

•     Accountable for the rollout of the rep experience/capabilities and support the testing of those capabilities.

•     Be accountable for support and feedback processes, content, training and tools that ensure user enablement and the future evolution of your platform/product.

•     Continuously integrate feedback from metrics, clients, stakeholders and customers into improving delivery and evolving our operating models and agile frameworks.

Who you are:

•     Natural customer ambassador, collaborator and influencer who is outgoing, spontaneous, adaptable, and imaginative

•     Passionately committed to optimizing the end to end client experience

•     Self-starter who requires only essential direction and minimal management

•     A decisive decision maker, and enthusiastic team leader who is energized by brainstorming, tackling risk, and trying new approaches

•     Share a core belief that leaders are more valuable as force multipliers than task dictators

What you have:

•     Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management experience preferred

•     Salesforce certifications and Financial Services experience preferred

•     Supports product backlog management, processes and release plan (for multiple features) and coordinates interdependencies real-time with scrum team; writes stories and epics

•     Has accountability for proactively addressing and resolving issues, escalating to and collaborating with scrum teams, stakeholders and business partners

•     Support Product Owner in day-to-day scrum team activities; works within the context of the overarching journey or system

•     Extensive experience and success interacting with business stakeholders, VIP customers, and delivery leadership

•     Works well in a very open and collaborative teaming environment

•     Practical experience and deep understanding of Agile, Design Thinking, Lean and Product Management Practices Superior communication skills that allow you to both tells stories, and also communicate complex messages and technical trade-offs
