Kforce has a client in search of an IAM Manager in Oldsmar, FL.
The primary objectives will be to provide experienced, hands-on support in the implementation and adoption of the rollout of Okta as a single sign on solution, as well as enhance existing identity governance and privileged access solutions.
Identify, streamline and automate existing manual provisioning/de-provisioning processes, including birthright access provisioning
Implementation and enhancement of identity governance, single sign on, and privileged access management solutions for company workforce
Deployment and integration of Okta as a single-sign-on solution
Reverse-engineer, advise and plan based on existing state implementations
Act as subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management, partnering with development and operation teams to implement solutions
Implementation of access certification processes
3 or more years of technical IAM engineering or development experience working with integration applications such as O365, AD, Azure, LDAP and/or other directory services
Dedicated and experienced Senior IAM Manager with a passion for identity, cloud, governance and security
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple IAM domains with experience working efficiently with teams of all sizes, being flexible in filling roles, and a strong understanding of IAM strategy and technologies including SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, and Cyberark
Experience building custom SSO integrations (SAML, OAUTH, WS-FED/WS-TRUST) in Okta
Deep knowledge of principle IAM products, including SailPoint Identity-IQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNOW, is preferred
Basic Python, Powershell, or other scripting knowledge as it applies to implementing
Identity Governance technologies is strongly preferred
Experience building custom SCIM, Rest, and/or SOAP API connectors
Experience developing strategies and roadmaps in line with best practices and proven frameworks
Excellent ability to build supporting documentation (such as business and/or technical requirements, final design and/or support guides for automation, self-service, compliance, customization)
In-depth knowledge and experience with IdM, IGA, Federated SSO, MFA, and/or PAM IAM domains
