Great opportunity to work in a state of the art call center environment!  Our client is big on customer care so your personality and willingness to assist is going to be key in this role. This is a contract to hire position with full time hours.

The Call Center Representative is the liaison between our client and their current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving URL blocked - click to apply, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
 
Main Tasks
  • Handle large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions 
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Utilize the call center database to keep records of all customer interactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
