Open-Source Intelligence Policy - SME with Security Clearance
We are seeking candidates to provide Open-Source Intelligence Policy Subject Matter Expert (OSINT Policy SME) to assist USSOCOM in executing the approved OSINT Enterprise Strategy, including assembling initial recommendations for the USSOCOM's OSINT guidance documents; maintaining awareness of OSINT-related policy, regulation, and guidance; developing, maintaining, and updating the web-based OSINT Mission Management portals; and managing the OSINT partnerships and engagement strategy.
Required Qualifications - Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an OSINT analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.- High level of proficiency in the open-source intelligence discipline and, subsequently, the intelligence cycle.- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint.
- Advanced experience and understanding in include but are not limited to Commercially Acquired Information (CAI), Collateral Telemetry Data (CTD), and Security Classification Guidance.- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
