The Deloitte Consulting Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Marketing Lead serves as trusted marketing advisor to their business leaders and key stakeholders. In this role as a Strategic Marketing Planner (SMP), you will oversee marketing strategy and planning for the TMT industry sectors for business and strategic offerings and collaborate on cross-Deloitte marketing. You will define and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support industry programs. You'll also be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for best-in-class marketing operations as well as oversight for marketing campaign execution. In addition, you'll help build specific programs that utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, leveraging the full capabilities of the firm to maximize reach and impact the market.

The Team

Deloitte's Marketing Excellence team provides value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.

Responsibilities Include:

+ In conjunction with the Business Chief Marketing Officer (BCMO), industry leaders, and other marketing leaders, develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing activities for specific areas of responsibility

+ Work with BCMO, portfolios marketing leaders, and stakeholders to initiate and develop strategic marketing campaigns in support of priorities

+ Coordinate with Internal Communications around initiation and development of strategic marketing campaigns

+ Collaborate with PR team to drive media coverage when applicable

+ Manage the overall focused portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources

+ Develop strategic briefs (business cases) for prioritized marketing campaigns; drive the approval process for campaigns with key leadership

+ Engage other SMPs to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate

+ Engage Campaign Management in execution of campaigns; oversee campaign delivery, in conjunction with the Green Dot Agency and external vendors

+ Manage the overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities

+ Lead and coach junior marketing members supporting industry marketing

+ Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns in conjunction with Campaign Management

+ Serve as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within the business; contribute to the articulation of value propositions; develop marketing objectives in support of key priorities; and serve as connection point across the firm

+ Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities

+ Develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics, with the help of Deloitte's Green Dot Agency

Qualifications Include:

+ 15+ years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience

+ Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field

+ Strong knowledge of TMT industry and sectors

+ Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

+ An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically

+ Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

+ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills

+ Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus

+ Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity

+ Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness

+ Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,575-$214,740 .

+ Experience in B2B professional services marketing also beneficial
