Location: Maplewood, MN 55144 - FULLY REMOTE (flexible schedule with meetings in CST)

Contract Length: 12 months

  • Performing technical activities leading to regulatory compliance and regulatory strategy globally for products and processes having significant importance toHome Care Division.
    * Compiling, preparing, submitting, and maintaining required documentation in support of the above activities in a timely fashion to meet program objectives.
    * Reviewing product labeling and claims for compliance and competitive advantage.
    * Responding to customer inquiries and requests.
    * Identifying and implementing efforts to develop/improve regulatory strategic processes.

    Fully Remote.

    Flexible schedule as long as working 40 hours & work is getting done. Will need to be available to join meetings in CST time zone.

    Basic Qualification:
    * Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in science and/or engineering discipline from an accredited institution
    * Seven (7) combined years of Product Responsibility Liaison/Product Steward, Regulatory and/or Environment Health & Safety (EHS) experience within a private, public, government or military environment

    Additional Qualifications:
    * Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Chemistry and other science and engineering disciplines from an accredited institution
    * Experience in consumer product regulations and requirements
    * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional team members
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Someone with FIFRA background (and international disinfecting product experience) would be awesome. If not, we can go with Regulatory Affairs (RA) experience
