Job Description


Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Boca Raton, Florida (FL). Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to document prospect customer information in response to inquiries about products and services and to document information for lead routing
  • Determining the client's need and completing a form so a Sales representative may follow up on the inquiry
  • Calls will be primarily inbound, but may involve transferring customer to a different department
  • Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
  • Inbound call answering and call handling of prospective customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, and comments
  • Determine nature of customer inquiry, if not sales related, transfer to appropriate department for handling of question of query

Job Requirements


  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent and customer service or call center experience; Skills, include accurate documentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2-4 years customer service related experience required
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (Required)
