Job Description

Engagement details- Client is undergoing moving a CRM Platform initiative and migration of acquired companies systems onto our target state; besides reimagining Sales processes onto the new CRM platform, end to end process supporting the business operation is also changing to support the CRM changes. As a result, we need to look at data migration and migration of legacy customers off acquired companys platforms. Specifically, we are looking for a program manager who can help us plan, track, and manage all things regarding customer master & contract migration as well as product & user migration. Must Have: Required Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall At least 5 Years of as a Project/program Manager Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum meetings Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals Creative and proactive problem solver Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills Motivated to work both independently and in a team setting Strong with SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools Nice to Have- Overall understanding of business operations and processes in Quote to Contract, Order to Billing, Finance, and User provisioning Previous experience in customer master and contract migration Previous experience in product and user migration Impact and influence In times of high pressure, you listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results. PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business Analyst or Developer Previous experience in M&A integrations Previous experience working with engineering teams Previous experience in large cross-functional technology implementations Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure Creative and proactive problem solver Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills
