Job Overview:

The AVP, Growth Operations leader is responsible for developing an engagement strategy to implement both sales/marketing campaigns and events to drive sales through the insurance agency and the trust company to achieve strategic goals. This role requires a self-driven and solutions-oriented executor that can develop and launch multi-channel communications, deliver upon successful events, and build action-oriented reports. As an instrumental collaborator, the AVP, Growth Operation leader will focus on developing strong relationships with advisors and with other key internal partners, building executable sales plays/cadence for internal teams, reporting on outcomes from campaigns and events, and sharing data-driven insights to improve operational performance of the organization. As needed, may require monthly travel to support in-person events.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the way that we deliver exceptional advisor experiences by driving value across a breadth of different channels - events, webinars, campaigns, and other forms of outreach:

* Oversee the Core Carrier program and sponsorship payments, reconciliation, and associated events

* Plan and execute in person and virtual events, includes logistics, budgeting, and event coordination

* Support the internal sales teams and contractual clients in introducing new products and services through content and presentation creation

* Own the reporting and outcomes from various events and campaigns, creating targets and tracking relevant metrics that measure success

* Work collaboratively across business units to provide service and to facilitate cross referrals

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date advisor and client-facing marketing

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

* 3+ years experience in sales and/or marketing of wealth management services and products (e.g., Insurance, Trust, Investments, Annuities, etc.)

* 3-5 years+ in a Marketing or Event Planning role

* Ability to travel up to once/month

Core Competencies:

* Event planning and execution

* Content creation including presentation building for various sales teams

* Proven success in managing relationships with marquis clients

* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferences:

* Ability to mentor/coach other peers and team members toward achieving a shared goal

* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

* Experience building strategies that are connected to operational measures of success and ability to communicate results to a broader audience

Pay Range:

$94,700.00 - $157,800.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
