ITAC Solutions is looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant for our client in the Birmingham, Alabama area!
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
Arranging events, conferences and meetings.
Coordinating all company events.
Assisting the CEO with projects.
Maintaining inventory and supplies.
Providing assistance with new hire setup.
Performing deliveries and pickups for personal and business-related needs.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Implement excellent verbal and written communication skills, including handling confidential information.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills.

Experience as an Executive Assistant, but also experience with personal assistance as well.
