An employer in Orlando, Florida is looking for an experienced Program Director. They are responsible for overall call quality management across a team supporting call centers providing patient support services. They must support compliance with all client and program requirements, and ensure continuous process improvements. This person will provide quality related reports and analysis to the customer and will lead large internal projects simultaneously. This is a relationship driven role, and they the ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships as it will play a huge role in creating new program implementations. They will assess processes for reduction in variation and identify QA errors or trends, and will perform data analysis and provide research on how they process can be improved. They will be leading 40 people and will be responsible for owning the client relationships providing quarterly strategic strategy sessions and handling multiple programs at a time.
Bachelors Degree
Extensive knowledge of operations and contact center management with performance metrics
Previous call monitoring experience from a call/contact center and management experience
Must be comfortable client facing and speaking on behalf of Operations
Strong analytical and reporting skills, demonstration of the ability to lead organizational change efforts
Must be able to stay calm in very stressful situations
Strong customer service and computer skills
  • 10+ years of experience

Healthcare or pharmacy background
