**The Team**

The Digital Experience team, part of MassMutual's Enterprise Technology & Experience organization, designs, builds, and supports the company's digital assets for customers and financial professionals.

Digital Experience is composed of collaborative, diverse, cross-functional teams who like to have fun. We challenge each other and are energized to create innovative solutions that exceed the changing needs of our users. To help us achieve our mission, we are hiring Team Leads to help us take our customer and financial professional experiences to the next level.

**The Role and Your Impact**

As a Team Lead at MassMutual, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Establish product strategy and help drive its execution with a dedicated Agile squad

+ Influence senior leaders and other stakeholders - arriving at a shared vision leveraging data, research, conceptual designs and top notch communication skills

+ Exemplify leadership, agility, and resilience as priorities evolve;

+ Advance our continuing transformation by applying, promoting and contributing to Agile delivery methodologies

+ Inspire high performance; setting a positive tone and leading by example

+ Coach and develop a product-centric, cross-functional team of individual contributors

+ Helping your team identify and achieve their career goals;

+ Focus on your own professional growth with mentorship programs and dedicated development days

+ Practice a fearless yet thoughtful continuous improvement mindset

**The Qualifications**

An ideal candidate for this role will have:

+ 7+ year(s) working with end-user facing digital experiences

+ A passion for empowering and enabling cross-functional teams and collaborating with other teams across MassMutual to deliver high-quality customer experiences

+ Fluency in the art of communication; adapting style and content according to the audience for maximum efficacy

+ A curious mindset that looks to continually enhance and optimize the product vision using customer feedback and analytics

+ An understanding of the value of building a diverse team, and a commitment to championing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

+ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future?
