  • OT for all shifts is possible based on Project demands.

  • Support the projects, driving scope, act as support tech on all projects and clients for our client

  • More hands on IT Support/Infrastructure Support / All Remote support from the TN office

  • Prior Field Techs work great in this role b/c they understand what the Field Techs need support with.

    • Exp. with rack/stack

    • Installing routers

    • IP Camera Security

    • Wireless Access Points

    • Pulling, securing, and terminating cables in the network closet



  • Sits in Murfreesboro, TN remote support


 
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for providing Technical Support, Administrative Support, Project and Metric Tracking and Reporting on the performance of activities supported by the Multisite Deployment Team. Great communication skills are required as you will be responsible for collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and other Team Leaders to perform program specific processes and procedures and perform follow ups to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support to onsite technicians in the support of infrastructure, WLAN, DAS, PC, Networking, and UC&C projects

  • Work with technicians to ensure a proper understanding of project's technical and site specific requirements

  • Track project activities, metrics, and update documentation

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities and resources to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely, satisfactory, and profitable manner

  • Provide status reports and other information to management and customer contacts as needed

  • Collaborate with Project Teams and contribute to deployment, team building, and execution strategy

  • Interact with internal resources, customer contacts, subcontractors, and others to resolve project issues and meet operational goals

  • Reconcile and track invoices from business partners and subcontractors

  • Track and reconcile project financial data



Required:


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

  • Technical Certifications desired but not required

  • 3 years minimum relevant work experience

  • 1 - 3 years’ work experience in an IT related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lead meetings, good presentation skills

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word skills

  • Strong decision making skills

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure including Copper and Fiber Cabling, route/switch, servers, LAN, WLAN, telephony, VOIP, and other layer 1 infrastructure systems.
