This position offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commission. OTE for first year is ~$55k with high performers exceeding $75k+.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
Identify domestic supply chain solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace
Educate clients and prospects on their respective market's conditions and provide accurate short and long-term pricing
Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition
Multitask in a Windows-based environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a team environment
Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including phone mannerisms
